Far Infrared Sauna Kit – Learn About Sweat

The far reaching infrared sauna kit is a huge breakthrough in health technology. These space age heaters heat your body, not the air around your body so much. It goes deep, and the room doesn’t get uncomfortably hot so you can breath much easier.  See below for more in depth information about sweat. These units actually don’t use that much power and have been known to be lifesaving in some cases.

Word is getting around about this technology, and once you go infrared, you can’t go back they say. After years of research and even some debate, I recommend far infrared home saunas very enthusiastically. They make many sizes in either Spruce, Cedar, Hemlock and some other woods. Cedar is my pick but if you have allergies or sensitivities you may want to choose the spruce or the hemlock both with far less odor. Look for heaters with very low EMF so you aren’t getting zapped with radiation the whole time. eek.

These affordable Infrared Saunas have incredible health benefits! The odds of a heart attack are SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the more you sweat in one of these amazing things. Recent studies have shown a DRAMATIC decrease in the risk of heart attack the more you use a dry sauna such as these. That’s DECREASE. You are DECREASING your risk the more you use a sauna.

The old fashion style saunas use a tremendous amount of energy heating up this pile of rocks, in addition the EMF, or electromagnetic frequencies produced are massive, not to mention the COST of one of those. In addition there is great waste of energy.

Far Infrared heat is clean heat, delivered optimally, I recommend Cedar wood for that amazing wood smell, but there are other types of wood such as hemlock that is also amazing. The main key is to use your home sauna just about every day. Start your day with one of these saunas and the rest of the day will be like walking on clouds but the most remarkable features are the various health benefits that are proving to be quite significant as the data is coming in from recent studies.

These look pretty swanky to me, with near zero emf!

then there’s this thing, very portable. Portable is good.

Please note, these are FAR infrared heaters, not the type used for drying car paint. Near infrared is a totally different type and would not be healthy at all.

Let’s Learn about Sweat

The main function of a sauna, obviously, is to cause you to sweat profusely.  Sweat does a couple things for us, it helps us eliminate toxins and it also cools us down.  In addition, recent studies are finding incredible benefits for your heart, and after all your heart is a pretty important organ.

There are 2 types of sweat glands in the human body:

Found in the armpits, scalp and pubic area, the Apocrine glands release sweat which contains fat and various organic elements.  These various elements react with the bacteria in your skin and cause you to reek and drive people out of the room holding their noses.  In addition, oddly enough, these glands release hormones and pheromones when you hit puberty, and these are, of course, designed to attract a mate or turn other people on. Ooh baby!

Next, there are over 2 million Eccrine glands which are widely distributed all over the place and are the ones that really produce most of that sexy sweat baby.  However, these produce an unscented sweat which helps to cool you off and is triggered by stress and emotions as well as heat.  Get those nasty toxins out of there!  Out!  Out!

Regulating your body temperature is just one of the things sweat does for you.

There are thousands and thousands of toxic chemicals produced by mankind these days, and these tend to wind up in our body through the food we eat, the air we breath and the water we drink.   Even if you are a raw vegan living on the north pole, you are host to hundreds and maybe thousands of toxic chemicals like drugs, solvents, dioxins, pesticides and worse! If you live in the big city, your body is a toxic bomb filled to the brim with this crap.  One of the very best ways to get rid of all that horrible crap is to sweat. Toxins are bad news, and you need to get as much of that stuff out as you possibly can, as soon as you can!

When you sweat you release toxins that are locked in your fat and the process of sweating greatly improves this purging of nasty stuff. Get it outta there!

The eccrine gland typically releases roughly a quart of sweat each and every day.  Sit your butt down in a nice sauna, and that same amount is release in a matter of minutes. Feels good too. Feels good to get the crap out of your system and your body will reward you handsomely!

Many studies have been done on the vast array of health benefits that are a direct result of this process.

Now here’s the really exciting part. The profoundly positive effects of sweating like this also include remarkable benefits for your HEART health! Just sitting there sweating is very much like exercise! Just sit there and you are actually EXERCISING! Who knew? That level of extreme heat helps with blood flow while you are getting a subtle workout basically, and it also expands the blood capillaries throughout your body which is a huge relief for you heart. Aah, this is nice..

The odds of congestive heart failure are dramatically decreased. So get your butt in there and just sit. Just sit and sweat and count your blessings. Close your eyes and enjoy.  Blood pressure is reduced, the heart gets stronger and your body absorbs more oxygen. These are all really MAJOR health benefits here. The more you think about it, this is perhaps the most important activity you can develop, and I recommend sweating in the sauna DAILY if you can possibly manage it.

But there’s more!

Helps with depression: Ahh, I feel much better now!  Makes me want to SING! LAAAAAAAAA.

Skin conditions are greatly improved. You can expect a nice boost in your energy levels. Helps with arthritis definitely. Your aching bones and joints are soothed. This is a big deal. It’s a really big deal.

It’s a good idea to jump in a cold shower periodically, at least that’s what I do. There are many additional health benefits with the cold exposure mixed in your regimen as well. Lots of people also love to jump in a cold pool or bath. That one takes some getting used to, but once you get the habit, it’s not so hard and definitely refreshing as well as healing.  It can help to go in the freezing cold water progressively for some people, just wade in a little bit at a time gradually or else just CANNONBALL as some seem to prefer.

GERONIMO!!!!!  You can even yell that when you cannonball in.

Saunas are also called “sweatlodges” by many who sit in tents with very hot rocks basically and then people built wooden rooms with a pile of hot rocks in there which was perhaps an upgrade, then electric heaters were used with rocks heated that way but NOW we have another factor here, EMF.  An old fashioned electric sauna from the 50’s and 60’s and 70’s is probably going to have a VERY high EMF, which means your cleansing on one level, but at the same damn time you’re getting hit with all these toxic electronic frequencies that reduce the health benefits substantially perhaps.

Nowadays, we have these far reaching infrared saunas, and it’s a whole new tech, I suspect it came down from the aliens perhaps, but that’s just me.

This is akin to natural sunlight but with no radiation! Most saunas emit a significant amount of EMF which is counterproductive really and reduces the health benefits quite a bit. This is why the first time you try an infrared sauna, it’s really going to blow your mind. Words cannot describe it very well, you really have to experience it for yourself. These new saunas are now pretty affordable, which is exciting, and they consume less power than the old style saunas. Additionally, you don’t really have to sit there for hours anymore, these things heat your body, not the air in the room. It’s a new technology that must be experienced really.  You can comfortably sit and read without the book melting into a pulpy mush.

With these new saunas, you aren’t going to feel that discomfort that the old saunas often produce in short order. Since the infrared sauna heats your body and not the air so much, it’s a lot easier to breath in there which means you can stay longer without passing out or feeling faint.

Here’s some cheaper deals if you want to save some money. Just about any Far infrared sauna is better than nothing. Get that sweat out! Do it every day! Catch up on your reading at the same time, it’s a win win. The book won’t even get ruined because the air won’t get that hot, just don’t sweat all over the pages.

Ok, you’ll miss some days, but at least a few times a week is a HUGE health upgrade for just about everyone on earth. Most of us rarely hit the sauna, can you imagine having one right there, at home! At these prices you can really do it! My goal is 4 or 5 times a week, and I think I can do it with this thing sitting right there!

They’re actually very easy to assemble, it’s basically a big BOX but not so huge as you might think. They don’t actually take up that much room, and they’re surprisingly easy to assemble. Doesn’t get much easier.

sauna therapy  Everyone today is exposed to heavy metals and toxic chemicals. Particularly for slow metabolizers, a very good method to detoxify the body is far-infrared sauna therapy. Its dry, warming energy is highly compatible with the human body. It heats the tissues several inches deep, enhancing metabolic processes.
far infrared sauna  An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light experienced as radiant heat which is absorbed by the surface of the skin.[1] Traditional saunas heat the body primarily by conduction and convection from the heated air and by radiation of the heated surfaces in the sauna room.
infrared sauna therapy  Far Infrared Rays are invisible waves of energy that have the ability to penetrate all layers of the human physical body, penetrating into the inner-most regions of the tissues, muscles and bone.  Through the subtle heating, Far Infrared sauna therapy boosts our immune system, increasing the amount of white blood cells and killer T-cells. It is an excellent therapy for promoting healing, reducing muscle soreness, muscle spasms and relief for rheumatoid arthritis [3]. Research by NASA has shown that far infrared on the cardiovascular system was a great way of keeping astronauts hearts’ in optimal condition.
benefits of infrared sauna  You can burn up to 600 calories in one hour and it’s a total detox!  Detoxification of the body can optimize the efficiency of the immune system.  Toxins in the body can accumulate in the skin and the liver and sweating is one of the body’s natural ways to remove toxins…. As a result, detox helps avoid disease, prevent illness and improve general health and vitality.  These are only a few of the benefits of infrared sauna. FIS heats the body from the core, therefore, it allows you to sweat up to 7 times more toxins than traditional saunas.

Because infrared rays penetrate the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect in both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart.  Our body reacts to the increased heating through the
natural cooling process of perspiring.  Through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals are removed from the cells (especially zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium, etc). The pores of our skin open and discharge waste products shedding any old skin cells leaving the skin glowing and clean, with improved tone, elasticity, texture, and color.
Over the last 25 years, Japanese and Chinese researchers and clinicians have completed extensive research on infrared treatments and have reported many provocative findings. In Japan, there is an “infrared society” composed of medical doctors and physical therapists dedicated to furthering infrared research. Their findings support the health benefits of infrared therapy as a method of healing.
benefits of sweating Sweat is vital. You’d die without expelling this mix of mostly water and salt, which prevents overheating. And it’s a really good thing if you sweat a lot. “It’s men who are most in-shape who will sweat the most, and the most quickly, because their bodies are conditioned,” says Neal Pire, a New York-based personal trainer and fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine.  The benefits of sweating are many fold and numerous.
