Turmeric – Legendary Medicinal Herb, Herbal Remedy & Cancer Fighter

It’s well worth exploring some commonly found cancer fighters such as Turmeric. This herbal remedy is also a delicious spice found in some of the most delicious dishes known to man. If you have ever had an Indian meal, then you have had turmeric most likely.

Turmeric is commonly used both internally and externally. Internally it is found in many of the most amazing Indian dishes you have experienced in your life, perhaps most of them. Externally it can be applied with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or castor oil which will help the herb penetrate deeply.

I love turmeric. I use it in soups mainly, but it’s great for many dishes. Usually curry dishes incorporate turmeric and I love curry more than almost any food.
